Most of things were on par with my expectations. My special thanks go to all the personnel (front desk, cleaning ladies, et al.) for their responsiveness, willingness to help when asked for assistance and trying their best to make my stay as good as it gets. The front desk personnel's capacity to communicate in English was crucial to my stay to make it comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, the "public bath" is a great place to be zen and the food is just great, special bravo to the main chef for the sushi and the sushi counter crew. Delicious. We ate twice at the restaurant. Warmly recommend it.
Another great thing is the free coffee proposed during the day it just this small touch that make things great.
By the way your pastry is also good.

Absolutely beautiful hotel only a few minutes walk to the centre but not so close it is noisy.
We arrived in low season and the room was fantastic for the price (two floors with lounge above and bedroom below).
The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building with a wide open courtyard surrounded by the rooms.
Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. Highly recommend this hotel in terms of Value for Money :)
El Serafin is a colonial building with heaps of charm. It's right in the centre of Queretaro so you can walk safely to the parks and many eateries, shops and coffees. There are local markets in the laneways only a minute or so walk from the hotel. I have stayed here before and returned. The rooms are big rooms with opening windows.
Breakfast is brought to your room so you can eat in your room or on the patio outside your room. The staff are lovely. and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. A facecloth was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast also a nice surprise. A small hotel close to the centre. No name but numbered 106, had some diffuculty finding it, but had help in the end. Glad we chose to spend three nights there. Staff very helpful.
The Septimo Hostel offers calm and secure rooms in a lovely harmonious space just outside the historical centre of Querétaro. The room was spacious, cool and spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and arranged secure onsite parking at no extra cost.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The onsite restaurant is great too - really nice breakfasts. Location is perfect - very short walk into the centre. Whole hotel is very clean - didn't get chance to go into the pool but it looked inviting.
The apartment was small, but beautiful and perfectly located in the historical centre. Communication and check-in were easy, everything worked fine. Despite the central location, it was quiet and felt very safe. A perfect option for a solo traveller.
