If I return to Macau, I will definitely stay at Conrad again. The hotel is comfortable, we got connecting rooms as per our request, the check-in process was quick, and there was no need for a check-out process. Everything was made easy here, making our stay comfortable, even though there was a slight miscommunication within the hotel. However, everything was eventually resolved well. The breakfast was also delicious.

The Staff was Nice & Helpful

Best 5 stars hotel we stayed at. Attention to fine details and all staff we encountered provided exceptional service. Including front desk/ concierge staff (Jeffrey, Tiffany, Kurt and Aaron) to bell captain and room cleaning staffs are all providing above and beyond services. The condition of the hotel is exceptional and view/location are all excellent. There is absolutely zero imperfection.

They upgrade our room to suite probably I told them it's my wife birthday. suite room was fantastic, large enough for us three, decorated with birthday balloons when we entered room after lunch on arrival day. they also extended check out time until 5pm. their service was great. they kindly arranged limousine service to bus terminal for departure. we decided to choose Galaxy Macau hotel as the rating was very high 9.2 and price was very reasonable for Sunday Monday one night. we are very happy and want to come back.

Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The stunning views from our room added an extra touch of magic to our experience. One of the highlights was the surprise the hotel made to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and not to forget mentioning the hotel’s dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, providing a wide selection to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed exploring the area, and the helpful front desk staff provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Specially Linda who welcomed us and helped in every possible way. Overall, our experience was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable.
