The wifi did not work for 3 days in room 315. They sent a tech person to fix it twice and it cut off after 5 mins of fixing it.
The hotel is dirty, and there were ants in the room and the balcony light was not working.
In addition to this, i had the worst check out experience in my life at this hotel. The manager stopped me at check out to tell me that a shower towel is missing and that i am suspected of taking it. A dirty shower towel, that i left in the room yesterday morning was taken by the cleaning staff. He stopped me at check out to check the room and my luggage if i took it and i had a train to catch in a few minutes. He obliged me to go to the room and look for it and open my luggage to check. After he checked and didnt find it then he let me out. This is the worst treatment i have ever recieved at a hotel ever. I expected a 5 star treatment but this hotel is not even 1 star worthy. The manager who is there at night to morning was disrespectful and irresponsible.
