The staff were so friendly accommodating and had excellent communication. What I didn’t expect was the amazing garden clearly somebody cares deeply for the backyard and patio space. Having a coffee there in the morning was a highlight. And the room itself was nicer than I expected. I don’t always leave reviews, but I had to take the time to suggest Tower hotel to anyone who is thinking about booking.
