Such a beautiful house, the pictures don’t do it justice it’s even nicer in real life. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Helped us organise excursions in the Jaffna area. Breakfast is great and we also had dinner in the hotel a couple of nights which we also really enjoyed. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we ever go back to Jaffna

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, food is amazing especially Christmas buffet with the Jaffna crab curry. Gym and pool were fun. Hotel is close to the town and Yazhpanam train station. You can walk to closeby restaurants such as Jaffna Authentic Cuisine and also walk to Jaffna Library, clock tower etc. Driver we booked through the hotel, Prashanth, was also lovely and was like a tour guide, educating us with important information about places we visited and learning with us also.

It was one of the most amazing and unique temples I have...
It was one of the most amazing and unique temples I have ever gone too! I had never experienced a wow like that. The place was clean and relatively quiet in the early morning hours. The people were kind and helpful. Best time to see the temple is at sunrise and sunset.

The rooms are large with all facilities. The breakfast had plenty of choices. Authentic Sri Lankan Breakfast. We were given the choice to order what we preferred. The host Haran was fantastic always going out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. He even organised a vehicle with an experienced driver to tour Jaffna. Nallur Residence is centrally located just a step away from the famous Nallur Kandaswamy Temple.
The homestay was a pleasant place to spend some time, lovely both inside and outside in the garden. Allen himself was friendly and made us feel at ease in his home; we felt free to make the place our own and it was nice to sit and chat with him.
The location is also really nice, not in a busy central area but close to some nice places to eat and the famous Nallur Kandaswamy temple.
