We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to help in any situation. Whether it was preparing an early breakfast for us or arranging a taxi, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where guest satisfaction is a priority. Beautiful location and gorgeous room! The staff was easy to reach via Whatsapp and generally very helpful. We had a wonderful time watching stars up on the mountain. The room is very specious and comfortable. There is Netflix and other streaming services available for the down time, but the nature outside is amazing.

Great hotel with friendly staff, good food in restaurant and they even brought up our breakfast on a trolley as we had an early departure the next day. We had a huge apartment with kitchen area, two tvs and lots of windows.

Please make sure to take jacket, an umbrella and rain coats with yourself as the weather at the Combi 1, Combi 2 peaks can get rather cold and rains are very common. The rain coats are also available for purchase at the 1st stop btw at a very reasonable price. If you are not afraid of heights, i would recommend to take an open cable car for Combi 1, Combi 2. The experience in it is breath taking.

Wear good thermal clothing that covers your ears and neck. It can get fairly cold and the wind can be chilly, so make sure to dress appropriately in warm clothing. If you plan to walk on the ice, wear proper shoes. Also, consider getting shades as the sun can be really bright.

Beautiful Glamping park at the foot of shymbulak mt just opposite the cable car station. I like that the place is well maintained and rather quiet compared to the crowd at shymbulak mountain. There's a beautiful view of the river and surrounding forest which you can hike starting from the parking lot area. The breakfast was delicious. They give free cable car ticket for each night of your stay. The camp was well heated despite the cold weather
Nice location close to Dostyk Plaza, it is easy to take a bus to Shymbulak mountain resort.
Quiet district, apartment placed on a ground level, it is not so hot in summer season in tree shadow. Kitchen equipped dishwashing machine
The collection of key was digital, the owner Mrs. Natalie send you the codes via WhatsApp and is soo polite to even come there physically to receive and welcome us. she even suggested good places to see around and made our stay feel very warm and comfortable. rooms were maintained very neat and clean with all amenities required. the view from the balcony and windows are amazing. the balcony view is towards shymbulak mountains and this was pure bliss. i surely will visit once again and stay in the same property.
It's a nice cosy home converted into a hostel with very neat and hygienic environment. The host especially was really friendly with us and also helped us with some tours to Charyn Canyon and Kolsay Lake. She welcomed us with a pleasant smile and supported us right throughout the trip. The location of the facility is amazing right near the Kok Tobe cable car and also near important Bus Lines to Shymbulak and Abai metro station. It also has a kitchen and very hygienic washrooms are also available.
The best location in the city center - promenade street and the main city sights are within walking distance;

Metro, buses to Shymbulak/Medeo and the airport are a 3-5-minute walk away.

GREAT LOCATION. FROM AIR PORT TO HOTEL BUS NO 92 METRO BUS JUST 10M STOP. ALSO STAFF WAS VERY POLITE ALSO LOCATION NEAR TO ARBAT G STREAT. ALL THE SHOPING AREA AND FOOD SHOP NEAR TO THIS HOTEL. ALSO IF YOU CAN GO Shymbulak BUS NO 12 JUST 2 MINT WALK.
Location was too far but i is good for one spot for Shymbulak but the rest, it is bad receptionist are not helpful, too cold not accommodating and there was a hidden payment which is we did not expect and it is beyond on our budget so for me I am not satisfied during our stay. Not recommended hotel
