It is a majestic room with all the modern comforts. Ample cupboards and storage with the most beautiful bathroom suite. There was a huge freestanding bath with a double sink vanity with separate toilet and a huge shower in a separate room. Very luxurious with electric curtain closures. It was definitely a luxurious stay in the most perfect location.

We would like to inform that parking is not available from Sept. 20th to Sept. 27th due to the Car-lift replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and ask for your generous understanding.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport using the airport limousine bus and was perfectly located for exploring lots of Seoul on foot and by public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The members of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, they had a little something for everyone. and every morning was a little different from the last but the service was consistant. Kind of disappointed they didn't offer couple massagaes but overall there weren't anything problematic with our booking. We used the subway which is a little walk but not too bad. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. I also wish to brag about the room servicebeing fast, kind and just going beyond. They really did make my stay the best.

Don't stay here!! Upon arrival, we paid for the room in advance and also a deposit. When we checked out, we charged for the room once again. I saw the mistake, and then we only paid the incidentals. ( they removed the bill, and i had to only pay for the incidental) I was promised that they would realse the deposit. Over 2,5 weeks, we still haven't seen any deposit. I have all proof that so it is .. but they claim that I haven't paid for the incidental. I have proof ... thank God for transactions 🙏. We will see if we gonna need a lawyer... but this has been taking so much of my time and energy... such a waist ... So ... DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!! And don't wanna waist time and energy to argue for their mistake.
