Excellent location, very close to the park with the old Silla kingdom's tombs. The host is very helpful and provides lots of information to go to Bulguk sa temple or to reach the Seokguram grotto. He also has a lot of recommendations for places to eat around. We were recommended a Bulgogi restaurant that was excellent.
The location is amazing, with a wonderful view on the East sea. We could see the sunrise on the sea directly from our bed! The swimming pool in the room is amazing, unfortunately the water was cold as we were not visiting the apartment in the high season but we could nevertheless profit of it. And the morning we had breakfast on the roof terrace profiting of the free tee bags and coffee. Perfect for a family willing to profit of the sea, after visiting Bulguk-sa and Seokguram, at just 20 mins away by car.
The location was spot on.Near all the major attraction such as Daereungwon Tomb Park,Cheomseongdae Observatory,Donggung and Wolji Pond,Gyeongju National Museum.Bus to Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto is also nearby. The room is spacious with heated flooring making the room very cozy. The owner,Mr Lee was attentive, friendly and he can even fry a mean yummy fried egg for breakfast.Thank you again for a great stay and will come back to visit this beautiful city of Gyeongju.
Self-service breakfast was nice. One could make fried eggs, muesli, tost, drink coffee and/or juice.
The bus stops to go to the main attractions of the region (Bulguk-sa + Seokguram temple and Yangdong folk village) are very close. One can reach the National Museum on foot via the park of royal tombs. Plenty of local food in nearby market.
Friendly staff.
