Seoul has great transporation links to nove around. Food was great everywhere, so didn't do much planning there and just showed up at restaurants when saw them. Weekends, like every other city, tend to be really busy.
The city comes alive at nightime to go shopping, hence stores stay open until 10 pm.

We had a really good time in Seoul.
We had a really good time in Seoul. We also did many things outside Seoul and traveled the country this time. We have been to South Korea 3 times for holidays and have seen quite a lot of the country. On our first trip we contacted a company called “With the locals” and did many tours and learnt a lot of the culture of the country. We found a lot of local communities and ate a lot of the local food. We found having this guide also helped with the language barrier as our Korean is only limited

Seoul very expensive place but i think some it a over rated. Myeodong street food for me too expensive and taste not that good, not that fresh and hygiene for me not so good as well. Naver and kakao is a bit challenging to use as less english word available to help u but should be ok in time. everything are expensive in seoul. pls prepare more money if you plan to shop there and have a lot of fun. for muslim definitely u wont get halal certified as this is not muslim country but you have to really take note what you buy to eat...dont really follow the youtuber but follow what you see and logic thinking. be aware what they sell. anyhow this is as per your judgement
Our room was so much nicer than I expected! We had two queen beds, a huge bathroom with a separate tub and shower, and a small shared balcony. The staff were incredibly kind, spoke fluent English, and even lent us an umbrella when the rain really started to come down. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and rentals in South Korea, and this one was definitely the best.
Went to korea for our honeymoon and the Intercontinental made it our special time feel even more special. The service in this hotel is top notch and we felt very well taken care off. I will definitely stay again the next time on back to korea, it's the best 5 star hotel me and my husband have stayed at so far in terms of service and care.
The room was just nice for solo traveller with one big luggage. The room was cleaned every day and they also offered free breakfast which I was not expecting. The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries. Pretty good for the hotels I stayed in South Korea and definitely would stay again in the future if I was in Gangnam area.
new modern room, nice bathroom with beautiful bathtub, friendly and helpful staffs, and 30 second walk to tube line 9, which will take you to Gangnam in no time. I visit parents in Korea a few times a year and each time I stay two weeks or so. I found this hotel during my visit in Jan and already stayed twice and more to come!
