Location is good, just besides exit 4 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station. Note there are 70+ steps to climb at exit 4. Fortunately, there is an elevator at the same exit, especially for those with luggage.
Room is rather small. Bed is comfortable. Room has air con or heater, which can be remotely set.
Free coffee sachets and tea bags are available in front of reception. Breakfast is from 0700 to 0930hr. It is a buffet style, mainly Korean dishes, though there are bread, buns, and a small selection of salad. Good enough to start the day. Guests can leave their luggage before check-in and after check-out. Overall, a pleasant stay.

what I like the best is quite a few people are so nice, they went out of their way to help you, it's really moving. Just one of the example, a young guy would put down his hot coffee and close his Apple notebook at Starbuck, then put on his coat to walk out of the store to guide the way to my hotel ( the address could be misleading ). It's pretty cold night time, and it would take him 20 minutes to be back to Starbuck to resume enjoying his coffee and work on computer. It's really moving.

Fascinating city to visit. Learn the subway or download Kride taxi app for visitors. Museums and history places to visit.
The city is yet to develop tourist friendly apps, etc, and English is not as widespread as might be expected.
These are not insurmountable problems however and Seoul is still a recommended place to visit.

Seoul is a beautiful city with lots of cool things to see and really yummy street food to try. It seems really safe and is clean and is relatively cheap.
The Subway system is very easy to navigate and is cheap to use.
Loved the vibe of the city. Didn't expect Soeul Tower to be as busy as it was and had to cue for quite sometime for the chairlift at sunset.

There is so much more to this city than the 3 days we set...
There is so much more to this city than the 3 days we set aside permits. Each neighborhood we visited had a unique character. Good food was easy to find and affordable! Transportation was easy to navigate and, again, affordable. We witnessed a couple of holiday parades that gave us more perspective into the culture and pride of the country. We'll be back!

EVERYTHING! remember to always look up and round corners. Driving was a breeze even in SUV and in cities. We were also able to go off the beaten track. Public transport very accessible. Exceptional customer service and most people very approachable and happy to share conversation. Gorgeous human beings. Was there a month and next time definitely be for 3 months. So much to see and do. Wonderful!

The hotel is clean, cozy and it looks exactly what you’ve seen on the photos. What’s more, it is centrally-located which is convenient for us (3 mins walk to the subway station) to go to Hongdae, Gangnam, Seongsu, etc. Also, it’s 3-5 mins walking distance to the main area of Myeongdong food/shopping street. And to add on, they have great customer service which is definitely a plus point.
Great staff, great location for walking, bus & tube exploration depending upon how far one is heading, great quality hotel. Free WiFi everywhere, as you come to expect in South Korea! The staff also booked our excellent taxi to Incheon airport to accommodate dropoffs at both Terminals. Now we know the hotel & this part of Seoul, we'd stay again. Thankyou.

Turn right out of the hotel to eat is more expensive, turn left and walk 100 meters to eat is cheaper.
Turn left out of the hotel and walk about 150 meters, there is a local Korean supermarket.
Take the airport bus 6703, get off at the POSCO building station and walk to the hotel.
Property was central and close to everything. The subway was only a 3 min walk away with the coex mall only 10 mins away. I stayed on the 26th floor with the a garden view so got the see the entire temple at the back of the hotel, was beautiful to see every morning and evening as well. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Gangnam.
The place was so convenient to find food and go shopping and it's much cheaper to shop from that area compared to myeongdong market..
Will definitely recommend to stay there because I'll stay there again if I go back to Korea...
