Suited my needs completely - solo traveller only staying for one night. The location was great - only a short walk to the bus stops to and from the train station. Good access on foot to the key sights of Gyeongju. Room was comfortable but small - good use of the space available in terms of tables/storage though. Breakfast was good but simple, so if you are expecting a full buffet style breakfast, then this is not what you get - it’s a perfectly good breakfast with cereal, toast and eggs available.

Breakfast was very basic but nice. The cooks were accommodating and made fried eggs for us when required.
The room was small and very congested. Inspite of booking a room for 3 adults, they still gave us a small room but that didn't impact our experience at the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently situated at the bus station which makes traveling very easy.

The room was very clean and had lots of space. The lobby area has a kitchen for guests where you can get water, do some laundry, cook/store food.
The receptionist was kind and welcoming.
The hotel is close to the bus terminal, so if you arrive by bus you can walk to the hotel. There's also a bus stop that can get you to Gyeongju Station within 30 minutes. The hotel is within walking distance to some of the main attractions (15-20 minutes). Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!
Greatly convenient - easy walk to main attractions such as Donggung Palace And Wolji Pond, Gyeongju Bridge, and the streets full of nice cafe and eateries.
In front of the place is the bus stop that can bus 700, 711 pass by, make it super easy to go to and from Singyeongju Station (KTX).
The guesthouse had a nice vibe, welcoming hosts and respectful housemates, and great value for money for a short stay to explore Gyeongju.
Perfect location, bus stop to Singyeongju station right out from and walking distance from major tourist sites (if you like walking)
