The location is excellent, friendly staffs from reception, to restaurants, to the ground maintenance and cleaning staffs. The supervisors that I dealt with were all extraordinary... Thumbs up to the Chefs & Supervisor Urba.. for the special night dinner offered during my stay and a memorable one too. I can still the flames!!! The blend of modernity with nature is another interesting feature about this Great Rift Lodge... Keep it up.

Ol Kine Cottage is the perfect weekend Getaway for a group of friends/family. The host, Phyllis is also very responsive and catered to our requests in a timely manner including getting us an experienced chef. We are looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend this exquisite cottage.

Large modern hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Lots of natural light. Swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was okay, usually buffet, but on one occasion we had a la carte which was better. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant and bar (where you can eat) serve reasonably priced meals freshly cooked. Note that getting to attractions like Hells Gate and Mount Longonot requires transport (it cost 5000 KES return journey using private car). There is a nearby mall with ATM's, a Carrefour and restaurants like Java Coffee.
Overall we found it relaxing and pleasant.

The host of the place was amazing and was taking care about us even not being in the place. The cabins are in beautiful place, very close from the lake, where you can watch hippos and take a boat ride.
The place was clean, there is a restaurant where you can grab breakfast, lunch and dinner.
