The breakfast is abundant with choices by Japanese standards. It's very authentic local food. Having stayed in many hotels in Tokyo, and this is really the best compared in any measure. The staff is super nice and courteous. The clean crew really pays attention. I have a small blanket. They always fold it nicely. The room has everything you need, and the location is fantastic. it is on the east side of the train station, not too crowded compared to the west side, but easy access to all the shops and food places.

The staff were very kind. I received a very beautiful Mt. Fuji 3D Post Card from them. I liked the breakfast, that there is parking and the location too. Takasaki Station is a 9-minute walk away.
This is a very good hotel, conveniently located very close to Takasaki station. The room was clean and comfortable. I requested a different (softer) pillow and this was immediately supplied - thank you! Staff also held my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
