Staff members are friendly and tried to communicate smoothly using translation device when necessary.
There is a spacious bath in the room. A bath tub in the room seems small but deep enough accommodating a tall adult. And, various amenities are provided (including bath salt) which is very useful.
Location-wise, close to the shopping areas and train/subway station and bus stops (including airport limousine) and very convenient to travel around.

I enjoy visiting historical buildings that aren't really touristy locations. It's more or less a regular park in the city that has some interesting city.
When I visited there happened to be a large birthday party with a local rock band playing in one of the buildings. Just regular folks doing regular stuff.

Location for access to the ferry terminal for ferries to Naoshima was very good. Also the Takamatsu castle gardens are nearby. It is also close to a big shopping arcade and the Mitsukoshi department store.
Location is the best in town. Hotel is close to train staion, and you can see the hotel sign in front of the station. It is also close to Takamatsu castle park as well. Also several good restaurants are near by. main shopping and business places are about 10-15min walk and easy to navigate.
Breakfast was simple, but it had everything I need.
With a room on the 11th floor, we had a great view over the port and the islands out to see. We were able to walk out of the station across the plaza to the hotel. Takamatsu castle was across the road.
I had a good time at WeBase Takamatsu. I had a single room, and apart from the slightly too small bathroom and the lack of a view, everything was fine and clean. There was even a capsule machine for espresso. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. There was a large lounge where you could get a free small rice dish (I've forgotten the name) in the evening. The hotel is well located, not far from a shopping mall and between Takamatsu Castle and Ritsurin Garden. I can definitely recommend the accommodation.
