The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

Very good location that's slightly off the main drag, but very accessible anyway. Hommachi station exits 5 and 17 were a 3-5 min walk away.
Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help despite our language difficulties.
The room itself was super compact, but very comfortable for one traveller. The bed maybe softer than required for most, but I loved it. Don't expect a view though.
There were multiple conbinis within a 3 min walk of the hotel.

The property was very clean and modern. I also like the common seating area where there are free flow of drinks at a certain time (I think 3-6pm). The rooms which I stayed in (all day board games and family room) were both fantastic with comfortable beds and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location within walking distance to two train stations and directly opposite a Lawsons, as well as with close proximity to many eateries.
Location was great because the Bentencho station is minutes walk from the hotel entrance. The noise of the trains was not an issue though. Hotel is in / part of Osaka Bay Tower, eateries, family mart and other stores at your door step. The room was a good size, with an amazing view. The staff were friendly. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
