Very good location that's slightly off the main drag, but very accessible anyway. Hommachi station exits 5 and 17 were a 3-5 min walk away.
Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help despite our language difficulties.
The room itself was super compact, but very comfortable for one traveller. The bed maybe softer than required for most, but I loved it. Don't expect a view though.
There were multiple conbinis within a 3 min walk of the hotel.

The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

For us location was very good, because we didn't want to be at the crowded areas like Namba our Umeda, you can easily be there in a 30 min walk, but wanted to be far from there. We are very familiar with Osaka and walking the city is easy for us. If you are looking for a more centric location this is probably not your area.
For us comunal bath, onsen, is a must, so this is also a reason why we decided to stay here. The onsen is very well designed, it is beautiful.
Room is confortable, and the people working that the breakfast area were very very nice, probably what we could highlight. They were the best of our stay.

Very near USJ. Able to get there early. Good value for money for family of 4. 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. Clean and modern with USB charging port on each bed head. There was a small kitchen and we managed to cook some food from the local supermarket. Microwave also provided. The shower area comes with Japanese long bath. Nishikujo station is a 2 min walk away and its well connected with JR and Hanshin. Can easily go to Nara and Kobe via Hansin also. Lots of local food places around.
