We loved the views. Both from our room and the bar. The hotel due to its type and area was pricy, however we were pleased with our experience.
The view of the Tokyo skyline and trains passing by was beautiful. My partner and I admired the day, sunset and night skies; one morning we were fortunate enough to see Mt Fuji in the distance!
The location is very close to the Shinbashi station, from where you can transverse Tokyo with ease. It was perfect.

Shinagawa station is literally a cross the street which is why I booked it as our last hotel as we were coming from osaka on bullet train and travelling back home through haneda airport.

Great place to rest and recover from jet lag! Amenities like toiletries (comb, disposable towels, razors, disposable slippers) were also provided for free. The public bath was a nice plus too!
