Jinya was so cosy and larger than expected. There was only 2 of us but they had 3 beds plus a pull out couch. It was a little Oasis after coming from hectic Tokyo. Wish we had stayed another night here.

It's a must-do when visiting mount Fuji ! The hotel, the TEAM, the room with Lake view, the food - dinner was WOW and breakfast so so good, atmosphere - everybody taking care of us with so much pleasure - this is real Japan to experience ! Make sure to book private onsen at check-in - view of Fuji is lovely, if you're lucky with weather during your stay !
Great hotel. A huge room, with a Japanese sitting area in front of the lake view. A calm atmosphere. There are public and private hot tubs, in the open air facing the landscape.

Excellent Japanese breakfast and dinner, room was spacious, comfortable and had a fantastic view overlooking Lake Kawaguchi from the balcony. Beautiful park at the hotel's doorstep which offered fantastic views of Mount Fuji. Staff were polite, helpful and offered a great service. Thoroughly enjoyed the food during our stay.
Lovely hotel with great view of Mount Fuji. They have a shuttlebus from and to the station Kawaguchiko. Diner was pricey but go for the Japanese meal it is worth it! Other meals we ate elsewhere at the station.
Nice hotel located directly on the lake. We had a traditional Japanese room with the view on Mount Fuji. The onsen with the lake view is a good plus. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was delicious .
We can see the Mount Fuji from our room which is unforgettable memory. The room is big and clean. The staffs are nice too. The location is 30mins walk from Kawaguchiko station. Eateries is 15 mins walk from Hotel. Nice experiences of Japanese culture living style. Will come again. Shower is share and toilet is inside the room.
Simple house with clean rooms. View of Mount Fuji right outside the apartment. Although the house is a little old, it is well maintained. There were clean amenities provided like towels, toothbrushes and even laundry capsules. There was even a Japanese-style room with futon provided. Great for families with very young kids.
"This hostel impressed me from the start with the warm welcome from the staff. They speak English well, and the place is clean. Outside the hostel, there's a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It's also conveniently located near the station, making travel easy. What impressed me the most here is that we forgot something at the hostel when we're now in Tokyo, but when we contacted the hostel, the staff coordinated and had it sent to our hotel in Tokyo."
It was our second stay at the hotel. We chose it again as it has a splendid view of Mount Fuji, and its rooms are spacious and can accommodate easily a group of three-four people. The hotel has its own onsen, its facilities are clean. This time around, we especially appreciated kaiseki dinner served by the hotel restaurant - Jukai. The meals were delicious and different every day. They were a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. The staff were also welcoming and friendly.
Location is good. The walking distance from hotel to Fujikawaguchiko station is less than 10 mins away. There is good restaurant nearby. Our hotel room has own yard and garden with blooming flowers. Can have good view of mount fuji as well.
All staff are very helpful, patient, and one of them can speak well in Chinese. Some they used translator kit to communicate with us.
One of my memorable thing they did for me was special surprise for my birthday and pretty decorations and wrote me a small card. So lovely!!
