Despite being in a town that is about an hour away from a major city, the staff were very nice and able to speak great English to me and my wife. This made the check in and check out very stress free.

(1) Exceeded Expectations: During my stay, my belongings spilled all over beside the coffee and tea cupboard. I picked everything that I saw up, and checked out the next day. I stayed outside of the U2 Onomichi Hotel Cycle entrance for a while. Suddenly a female staff ran out and told me “you forgot something”. I saw my travel adapter in her hand. I was so thankful that she came out of the hotel to see if we were still around! It would have been a disaster as I was proceeding to the Shimanami Kaido cycling trip and would be unable to charge any of the electronic devices.
(2) Checking In: Very smooth. I requested for a Level 1 room, and we got a Level 1 room. Clear instructions were given about security and breakfast hours. Male staff helped us carry our luggage to the hotel room when we were struggling with our folding bicycles. Very happy with the ramps for bicycles to be pushed around smoothly.
(3) Room: Hotel Cycle’s own branding of drip Coffee and tea bag provided in the room was so tasty! Really nice kettle too!!! wow there is a humidifier in the room! Very nice room for a couple to stay in.
(4) Location: Very good. U2 Onomichi is very near Onomichi station. Lots of food and nice souvenir shops.
(5) Breakfast: Very tasty! Happy with variety too!
(6) Coin Laundry - Wash and Dry Cycle: Clothes were so dry and fresh after washing!
(7) Water Dispenser provided near hotel counter, along with bottled water helps to keep me hydrated!

The breakfast was simple but there was a good choice and it wasn't expensive. The lift worked well and we appreciated having bicycles to have a quick look around. The staff were very helpful

Accommodation had car park nearby. It was big enough for big group of people. Beds were comfortable. Clean house with big table for having meals or drinks together. Good location near the station in local streets. Very quiet.

Nice room, located near the station and had a very tasty breakfast. With the breakfast you get three options, (1. Japanese style 2. Western style 3. French toast) I myself had chosen the first option.

Location from Mihara station ~5min walk, ~10min to Aeom mall , - 30min train to Ferry to Rabbit Island (M-F). But 5min to ferry during weekends. breakfast is included.
Location is very convenient to Mihara Station. Staff are exceptionally nice. I received a ladies gift set upon arrival and they also offer free drinks and onigiri in the common space during evening hours. We never got an opportunity to take advantage of this, but it is a nice touch! Love the Godzilla in the lobby area too.
It is 5 mins walk from Mihara station and just across the road from the ferry terminal. Very quiet. The free breakfast which was very lavish and a public bath was a plus.
