We had one night booked but once we arrived we realised we resolved wanted a second night too. This was no trouble for the staff and they helped to arrange this at check in. I think we were very lucky that the hotel had the ability to accommodate our last minute request. The view from our room was spectacular, the bed was huge and very comfortable. There were so many amenities in the room, and anything we needed could be bought at the convenience store on level 3- so handy! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a day at Universal Studios.

From the location, to the actual gorgeous building, to the incredibly helpful staff, this absolutely exceeded our expectations. This was a 10 out of 10 stay, opposed to what I thought considering what we paid for our accommodation.

This place was very convenient with shops and train stations all within 1 minute walking distance. The neighbouring businesses were also very convenient. One of the best coffee shops I have ever been to was located next door.
