The room was very comfortable and well designed. The Onsen was our highlight, we didn't even used the shower in our room.
The staff was super friendly, when we left our luggage at the hotel after check out, they hanged our wet clothes(after laudry) to dry while we were away!

Pretty much everything met my expectations, from the nice manners of the staff to the delicious breakfast they serve. Located a few steps from the Kanazawa Station, definitely I will save this hotel for my next trip.
Location was ideally close to Kanazawa Station. This was the reason I choose this hotel, plus the brand of Crown Plaza, although this property was very basic, but clean and quiet.
Location was fantastic, practically next to the Kanazawa station. The hotel is extremely spacious, facilities are practically new and very well priced considering everything. Will definitely be coming back to stay next time we come.
The hotel was close both to Omicho Market and Kanazawa Station.
The building itself it's pretty charming and the room was pretty big for japanese standards. Also, it's a true 4 stars hotel, providing the amenities you would expect from that level (and even more).
Last but not least, the staff: every person working there made us feel welcomed and pampered, even beyond the (high) japanese standards.
Location was very good, only about 15 minutes walk from Kanazawa Station. Bus stop right outside the hotel making it very easy to get to all attractions. Breakfast was excellent with both western and Japanese foods. Our room was big, it also has a foot massage in the room which is a plus after a long day out. The hotel has coin operated washing machines and dryers as well. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
One of my favourite hotels of the trip, the Mitsui Garden Hotel was situated in close proximity to Omicho market and only a quick bus ride to Kanazawa Station and Kenrokuen Garden. Great Japanese bathing facilities and a lovely room. Would definitely stay again next time I travel to Kanazawa.

This was about a 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station, right next to the fish market & a short walk to the castle & park area - perfect spot for sightseeing! We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was quite spacious for Japan hotels - we think it was the largest hotel room we’ve had in Japan! The staff were really nice with a relaxed vibe & the cafe on ground floor had great coffee!
