Modern and very well maintained. Spacious and very close to Bikan but without the noise and madness of the tourists.

Hidden gem in the quiet area of town. Dinner and breakfast was nice with many attractions to see in the area. Would like to visit again during a different season!

Rooms were great. There is a pool table at the bottom. The public bath was fantastic. I wish I could remember one of the songs that played in the bath. The hotel is in the best location ever.
If you stay 3 nights I recommend taking the cheap train (or driving) to Okayama for a day too. After travelling the places in Kurashiki for 2 days we saw most of what there was. Note that the restaurants in the area are all absolutely packed at night and require reservations.

The hotel provided all of the essentials that we look for -- clean, good location, good soundproofing, decent private bathroom, window/natural light, double bed. We enjoyed having a bathtub. We didn't use the sento (hot baths), but they said that small tattoos would be tolerated as long as you cover them up. In the winter the room was a comfortable temperature without requiring us to turn on the AC/heating. They provide room cleaning or new towels on request. The main attraction -- the canal and old town -- is just a minute's walk away.

Location is great, 7 minutes walking from the Kurashiki station, 10-15 minutes walk to Kurasiki "old area" and Ohara museum. Probably, the best hotel breakfast that we got in Japan - and most of them were good, so this one was a level up; good choice; individually served on small plates items make breakfast fun and quick process.
And did I mention great staff (and free sake) at the reception?
As everywhere else in Japan, extremely clean hotel .
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Within walking distance to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter and Kurashiki Station. I'd gladly book this hotel in my next visit. Staff are fantastic.
The room is spacious and tidy, it's about 2 2-minute walk after getting out of the Kurashiki station. The staff is very friendly, especially, Haruka from the front desk is easy to communicate, and provides a great service.
I recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kurashiki.
Location is AMAZING. Short taxi ride from Kurashiki station. Reception staff exceptional. Room was so clean, quiet, comfortable and have every amenitie you can think of. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The old quarters that surround the Ivy Square are like nothing you've seen. Multiple tiny old specialty stores and art works and canals.
Only a few minutes walk from Kurashiki station, it is a clean modern business hotel. Efficient check-in/out process (automated). The bathroom is actually a decent size and has good shower water pressure.
Hostel&Bar Cuore Kurashiki is an excellent choice for those looking to spend a leisurely day in 倉敷美観地区. Despite being a 15-minute walk from Kurashiki Station, it is very close to 倉敷美観地区. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, even assisting with luggage storage before check-in time. The room provided was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Good location only a few minutes walk from Kurashiki station, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
The bedrooms are fairly comfortable, with amenities provided, a mini fridge and a TV.
The hotel is walking distance from Kurashiki Station, and also walkable to Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter.
There is also a Marunaka Supermarket across the road from the hotel, which was very helpful to us in terms of getting affordable food and drinks.
