Great location for restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to Shinjuku train station (~ 8 to 10 minutes). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Room has a great view of Tokyo city. Self-service laundry machines (washer/dryer combined) are available for 500¥ (~ $3.27 USD).

Clean, good location, onsen in the hotel. Staff was helpful. A lot of amenities in room. Very optimized each space. Tv has 1 English Channel which is BBC news. Other hotels only had Japanese.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, the rooms were quite spacious compared to other places in Japan and they were very clean. The amenities in the room are of high quality, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is perfectly located with a metro station just 5 minutes walking, and there’s a 7-eleven in the -1 floor of the hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again

The location was excellent, right off the metro station that took us straight to Shinjuku. The public bath and laundry machines were great amenities to use. Fair price considering it's Tokyo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I liked the Shampoo bar, and essential toiletries provided for free. The location (Yotsuya Sanchome) and nearest train station was way less busy than the nearby Shinjuku Station so you avoid the massive crowds. There were decent places to eat nearby but still only a few stops or transfers from Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku.

We booked the Executive Floor level which included free breakfast at the lounge and 2 other resturants. The breakfast buffet at the main floor was exceptional. It was nice to have the other options as well.
