It was a great location and very clean and comfortable
Ozaki was very friendly & helpful. The beds were comfy. The room was very spacious and clean and had everything you need. Was easy short walk to Hommachi station. Kotatsu table was lovely & cosy too. Soft lighting & nice and warm. Also lots of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. Would highly recommend.
Nice location 10 minutes from Hommachi Station with easy access to Umeda, Namba and Universal. Complimentary breakfast is OK as it's free with toast, cereal and hot drinks. Rooms are just about big enough for 2 people with bags for travelling.
I loved the view. It had a great view of the city. It was right above Hommachi Station (exit 18) right next to a 7eleven. I was sick but everything was comfy and I liked we could open the window for fresh air.
The hotel is within walking distance of the saikaisuji hommachi station so reaching public transport is convenient. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating of requests you may have. There are convenience stores nearby too. The hotel rooms were very comfortable. The price for the room was also very good compared to other hotels in area, so that's a big a plus.
Enough space for 2 adults and four children (age 11 and under). This accomodation provided an affordable option for a big family travelling in a major city in Japan. Very close to Hommachi station (we could walk there with the kids and all of our bags). Our kids loved having some toys to play with too. We didn’t cook at home but might have found that difficult as the kitchen space was tiny and so maybe a bit dangerous for cooking. No cook food prep was fine though
It was cosy and clean. Good location with Hommachi station being a huge station with many metro lines passing through. Love that they put out children's toys and activities in the lobby every evening.
Very good location that's slightly off the main drag, but very accessible anyway. Hommachi station exits 5 and 17 were a 3-5 min walk away.
Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help despite our language difficulties.
The room itself was super compact, but very comfortable for one traveller. The bed maybe softer than required for most, but I loved it. Don't expect a view though.
There were multiple conbinis within a 3 min walk of the hotel.

Everything is as good as always.
