The staff. They were very attentive, respectful and not in a fake way. They genuinely want to assist and would try their best to cross any paths such as language barriers. The location was very clean, the rooms a fantastic size, beds comfortable (not quite as firm as some Japanese beds) we had all the amenities we required and close to Universal Studios and the train station.
