Excellent location close to train station and everything happening in Takyama. Welcoming friendly staff at the desk. Fabulous hotel with exceptionally delightful, clean facilities and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Wonderful spa and spa space. Delicious traditional breakfast. Happy hour with generous sake tasting, beer and orange juice. This place has a great location near the station and is only about 10 mins walk from the old town. It was clean and comfortable - had everything we needed. We were able to store our luggage there when we arrived in town before check-in and again when we left after check out. The cafe was great for a quick lunch as well as breakfast. Our room was upgraded which of course we also appreciated!

A very modern Japanese hotel, which was well designed and organised. The room was set out well allowing space for suitcases etc. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the station, and a nice little Onsen.
