The room is fine. Although the hot spring is not big, but it is enough. The complimentary drinks, ramen and ice lollies are wonderful, the kids love them all. There is convenience store near by.

There was a dinner option which was great because I arrived late, the breakfast is nice. The rooms are clean and well furnished. It's very close to the highway entrance/exit.

Room was of good size and good view of Mount Fuji was a bonus
Lovely out of the way hotel focused on providing a magnificent view of Mount Fuji.
Rooms had a balcony and were spacious and comfortable.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a set menu and was different to what I would normally eat, but was delicious.

Perfect view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel with free drinks. Huge size of rooms. Staff very accomodating. Onsen is top notch! With free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station and tourists spot.
Clean comfortable, but dated apartment, with breathtaking views of Mt Fiji on a clear day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Gotemba station where you can pick up buses to the Hakone area on one side and the Mt Fuji area on the other. There are a few restaurants nearby but we preferred to use the large supermarkets within a short walk of the apartment.
