Booked a 2 bed apartment for us and our 2 adult children, was much nicer than we were expecting. Very clean, pool area was an unexpected bonus. Shame we only stayed one night and were hardly in the apartment. Excellent location. Staff were lovely, we had an early flight so left before breakfast was served, but they provided us with a little box to take with us.

It’s need to change the method of electricity to type C there’s no well come fruit or sweet as it was suite ,also no quaran and prayer mat as Muslim country,the breakfast was amazing.

Our hotel Concorde was opposite the Roman Theatre and it is the first day we went to see this and it is free entry with Jordan Pass.
Interesting walk up and lovely view. Advised not to go when it raining and there is no safety as rock tend to be slippery and nothing to hold on.
There is two free museum adjacent to this and worth visiting about History of Jordan life.

Great place.
Great place. Shame you now have to pay to get in but fortunately not very expensive. Kids love running up and around the amphitheatre, but it is scary high and steep. Surprisingly few people tumble down the steps, but not great to go to the top unless you have a head for heights. You are daft if you visit Amman and a)don't visit the theatre, and b) take a walk through downtown Amman looking for one of the many cafes and restaurants that cater for locals. Folk are almost always incredibly kind even if you can't communicate. Take a risk and try something random off the Arabic menu, or ask someone to suggest something.

Great hotel and central location .
Right next to the Roman theatre and the souq area.
Kind and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you happy and all speak excellent English .. The room was lovely and comfortable - spotless, fresh and spacious - everything was new with a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower .. Good double glazing minimized the city traffic noise which is a bonus. tasty breakfast included and lastly, really good value for money . Highly recommended! .
The hotel's best feature is the restaurant terrace with its incredible view of the Roman theatre on the other side of the street. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this perfectly located B&B for sightseeing tourists, but it's not ideal for those who want to spend their time in a hotel spa.

Everything. The staff and location are what make this hostel. There is nothing they couldn’t do for us. The pick up from the airport was seamlessly done. The rooms were basic but comfortable. Room 1 has a fantastic view of the Roman Theatre. The terrace is a great spot to relax. You can get into the old city in ten minutes on foot. We ate a meal cooked by the staff as they broke fast in the evening during Ramadan which was excellent and very welcoming.
Hotel is situated in the good place, near the centre of Amman and Roman theatre. Special thanks to mr.Yusef from reception for his hospitality and professionalism.
Best locally-run hotel in the centre of downtown Amman. Modern, clean, well-equiped, plenty of services, helpful and very welcoming staff. Perfect location for visiting the city, right next to the main Suq, minutes from the Citadel and Roman Theatre.
If you like to stay in Downtown and don't mind staying on a busy street you should like this place. Very close to the Roman theatre. Even closer to the Nymphaeum. The hotel had its best time some time ago, but the hosts were super nice and made us feel at home. Especially Farida. Breakfast was delicious.
On the way from the Nymphaeum to the Roman theatre grab pita bread stuffed with falafel, salad, and chips for 0.5 JOD.
Everything was excellent and I even extended my stay. The location is opposite the Roman Theatre and near the Citadel, Rainbow Street and The Jordanian Museum. The breakfast was wonderful with so much variety. The hotel organized a trip to Jerash for me for a very good price. Special thanks to Christina at reception who was very welcoming and helpful.
