The location was excellent. On the outskirts of Venice in Mestre making it more reasonable cost wise. The hotel is a short walk from both bus and train transport into Venice itself. (only 15 min) Both of these are regular and very reasonable ie 1.5-2 €. It is a boutique hotel, very comfortable with an optional buffet breakfast or just croissant and coffee if preferred.

Lovely, serene location. Large rooms, private garden patio. Free shuttle to Venice drop off point. Perfect for a quick overnight stop on the way to Croatia. Highly recommend for a quick visit to Venice. Terrific staff. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and modest, you have a small fridge inside the room. The location was a plus to get to Venice, only 20 min by bus and the station is just across the street. you can buy tickets for bus or day passes for vaporetto directly from the hotel reception. bus ticket is 1,5€ and day pass for 24h is 25€ which you can use for any transportation. The staff were very welcoming and helpfull. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices
