Location was exceptional-heart of Old Town.
The staff explained how to get around if we wished to use the mini metro which we did and this was useful.

The Hotel is situated in a good location very close to the MiniMetro which takes you around the city, its also near the centre of Perugia which is a bonus. Full marks for cleanliness and no shortage of snacks/drinks etc in our room.
The host Chiara made us feel welcomed and her help and friendly hospitality made our visit perfect.

Beautiful hotel. Not particularly suitable for a single female traveller. Given a table for breakfast by myself in a large empty room. Found booking a table for dinner very difficult.

The location, so close to Rocca Paolina and the old town. Our room was very spacious, clean and had fantastic view. Parking was close and very accessible.
I enjoyed staying in this apartment. It has a very pleasant size, it is very clean and very well equipped. The location could hardly be better, since it is just a few steps from the most valuable part of the city center (through the Rocca Paolina) and yet extremely calm. The funicular, that takes you easily to the train station, is also very close.
The location is as good as it gets, a short walk from Corso Vanucci, Piazza Italia and the escalator to Rocca Paolina.
The building is beautiful, a four-century-old palace.
The breakfast, served in a beautiful room, was very good.
Waking up in the morning to a glorious painted fresco ceiling was a joy. The brothers were as helpful as possible and brekkie on the terrace was excellent. Secure parking for motorcycles and the hotel was next to the escalator to Rocca Paolina, wonderful.
