The Hotel is wonderful, in the entry with flowers the original lift is very charm, the location is also fine, the size of the room, at least mine, it was just okay, but the size of the bathroom with windows was also great. It was nice to have a night there because the bed and the pillow are really confy !

It is very central! Close to Brignole train station and Piazza de Ferraris, everything at walking distance. The neighbourhood is full of bars, restaurants and bakeries. The hotel is very charming, quiet and staff is very friendly!
Very clean room, comfortable hard beds, friendly staff, check in was 3 hours before the announced time, close to bus stops, 10 minutes walk to a train/metro station Brignole, 25 minutes walk to Piazza de Ferrari and 2 km away from Porto Antico.

This is a small apartment (studio) in the old town, very close to the San Lorenzo cathedral and piazza de Ferrari - a very good location. There is a living room/bedroom/kitchen all in one and a bathroom. The kitchen has a stovetop and an oven and also a microwave. I could not locate a kettle.
The hosts were lovely and the apartment was modern and in the heart of Genoa old town so walking to places like Piazza De Ferrari and via Garibaldi was very quick and easy. There were also lots of shops and cafe’s nearby. The property was clean and the building it is in is very aesthetic inside and secure. We would definitely go back here if we are ever in Genoa again.
The check-in organisation was really easy and the appartment has a lot of space. It's really central with many nice bars and the wonderful Piazza de Ferrari nearby.
Great location to reach most attractions and sightseeing. The apartment was in the historical residence, It was in a very central of the city, 5 minutes walk to the Piazza De Ferrari, museums, metro and bus stops. A lot of restaurants and shops were around this area. The apartment had everything we wanted for staying. Just it was very hot summer, 2 fans in the apartment were helpful.
The landlord was nice and friendly. She sent us the information of visit the city, it was very helpful and useful for our staying and visit.
Such a beautiful apartment. Monica and Andrea have done a fantastic job in renovating the apartment in a lovely old building and the location is perfect. Really well decorated and it has everything you could need. A few minutes from Piazza de Ferrari and a short walk to the old port.
Gioia greeted us on our arrival, she was lovely and so helpful & friendly during our stay. The room was perfect and there was plenty of room for the two of us. There was a fridge downstairs in the reception area and you could help yourself to beers, soft drinks and water all reasonably price and settle up payment at the end of your stay, all done on honesty. The hotel was situated very conveniently for visiting the centre of Genoa, a short walk to Piazza De Ferrari.
