Exceptionally smart and clean.
Staff at reception and on room duty were very pleasant, smiley & happy.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms have a great atmosphere and are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great to visit the beautiful area of Bormio. I will definitely come back again!
