Najbitnija stavka boravka je ispunjena,sigurni parking u podzemnoj garaži. Kolodvor preko puta tako da kroz cijelo vrijeme boravka i izlete se može koristiti vlak. Cinque tere, Bologna, Milano.. linije voze svugdje. Hotel je ok, doručak tipično talijanski. Sobe uredne i čiste sa ogromnim i udobnim krevetom.
