The roof terrace was great and the apartment was clean and well equipped.
We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst we were in Italy for a friend's wedding. We hadn't really done a great deal of research but we were SO pleasantly surprised with the property.
I don't think you could ask for a more ideal location! In view of the stunning Civita di Bagnoregio, which is only a short walk away.
Our room was immaculately tidy, clean, and comfortable.

This gorgeous apartment is located right at the entrance of Civita di Bagnoregio, which is why we booked it. Andre was very friendly and helpful. He arranged an early check-in and dropped my partner back to the accommodation after parking the car.
I have been wanting to stay in Civita Di Bagnoregio since I first stayed there a few years ago. The town is magical. The location of L'Incanto is one of the most beautiful spots in the town. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend it for a small family (there is a cute single pull out in addition to the larger bed). It is well kept up and clean. Chiara was an amazing host, making sure that we were all set with everything.
We stayed in mid of February and the accommodations was nice and warm since we’ve arrived! The location was perfect to visit Civita di Bagnoregio on foot about 15 min.
Lovely apartment, it is approximately a 15 minute walk to the bridge to Civita di Bagnoregio (which is absolutely well worth visiting). Friendly host who met us in the carpark and walked 5 minutes with us to the apartment. Although I can't speak Italian and she couldn't speak English, she was very helpful and even helped us find a restaurant. Lovely courtyard to sit outside in.
The apartment was stylish (newly renovated!), spotless, neat, and clean. Comfortable beds and fast internet. Full kitchen so we could eat some meals at home. Short walk to grocery store, bakeries, produce stores, and cafes. Walking distance to the Civita di Bagnoregio, and by car 30 minutes to Bomarzo (Monster park) and 45 mins Orvieto. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. They met us at the car park and walked us to the apartment. We would definitely stay there again.
Nice apartment for coupe. It’s clean, well equipped, and carefully taken care of. The location is easy to get to the centre and a half an hour walk for the Civita di Bagnoregio.
We are so glad to have found this little gem! The apartment was amazing! Clean, comfortable, with breakfast, fruits, mineral water, coffee, tea, milk provided, only about 25-30 min. walk from Civita di Bagnoregio. The host was exceptionally kind, helped us unpack, showed us the parking lot and gave us a green card for free parking as well. (Even though he spoke only Italian, whilst we spoke English, we understood each other perfectly well and he was very patient). We would definitely recommend this place and hoping to go back again!
Gorgeous view in their big garden. To visit Civita di Bagnoregio you have to stay in one of the B&B, because majority of the view point is occupied by a hotel.
Andrea and Daniela are super helpful. Cars can not drive to the small town, so Andrea guided us closely on parking.
