Our room was beautiful, and the entire property was well-maintained and clean – a big plus for the hotel! We especially enjoyed the evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, which created a perfect atmosphere.

The staff were so attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the choices available for the breakfast were great. The views from the hotel were stunning. It's location beside the Ocean provided easy access for swimming. The Town of Cefalu is within easy walking distance and has a plethora of different restaurants and bars.

Staff was helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant experience to have an excellent breakfast on the upstairs terrace, overlooking the beach and the old town to the side. We had perfect weather but in case of rain, the large restaurant is surrounded by glass. Parking in the basement garage was a blessing.

With its two soaring towers and grand entrance stairway, Cefalu Cathedral is one of northern Sicily’s most handsome and imposing landmarks. Construction of this Norman cathedral started in the early 12th century, and – at nearly 900 years old – the building has been remarkably well preserved. Inside the complex, ancient Byzantine mosaics blend perfectly with the Baroque motifs that adorn the ancient cathedral walls.

This beautifully simple Norman Church was very different from anything else we saw in Sicily. If you need a break from the Baroque, this is a magnificent and peaceful spot. Set on a beautiful hillside piazza with many restaurants and tables to relax after your visit. One of my favorite spots in Sicily
