The staff ( Ciara) was exceptional,she was nice and helpful every time, order a taxi to the airport for us and answered all our questions. The location is exceptional, just about 5 minutes from the Tower and about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Amazing location, literally across from leaning tower and cathedral. My first stay I had a room with side street view and fridge for a single it was spacious.
My second stay I had an incredible view of the cathedral and tower no fridge and smaller room.
Bus stop literally outside or easy walk to train station.
Breakfast was perfect freshly baked items more a continental but totally adequate. Cleanliness outstanding and staff were so helpful and welcoming.

The location was amazing as we needed to leave for the airport at 4.45am so we could just walk to the airport, it took 20 minutes. The train station was a 5 min walk away and the accommodation was on a walking street full of cafes, eateries and shops. It was a 10 min walk to the city center and maybe 15 min to the Piazza dei Miracoli.
It was a bit noisy at night as there was life on the streets but we slept surprisingly well.
The place was like grandma's apartment, old school but everything was super clean.
Wow, if you want to stay at an A location in Pisa, this is the place to be. We had Room 44, which gave us a brilliant view on the Piazza Dei Miracoli, including the Leaning Tower. It is a brilliant place to stay, if you only need breakfast I don't know if they serve dinner, but for travellers like us, this place is heaven.

Clean and nicely designed room. Location was perfect, right opposite the train station for the Pisa Mover to our early flight, very close to the centre and about 25 mins from Piazza dei Miracoli (i.e. leaning tower). Our host was lovely and very kindly let us arrive early since we only had one afternoon to explore Pisa, and even had our room ready for us! It was very much appreciated

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Cuore di Pisa. Milena, our host, was very welcoming and helpful in telling us how to get to various sites is Pisa. She was also helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Navigating the stairs with our large bags both in and out of the room was a little challenging, but it was still manageable. It is walkable to many museums and sites, including the Piazza dei Miracoli. Overall, I recommend Cuore di Pisa for anyone staying in the city.
