We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Continental breakfast was delicious.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Late self check in was very easy and someone was at the reception desk the next morning and was so helpful.
Housekeeping were excellent and would service the room whilst we were at breakfast and the chap who prepared and served breakfast single handed was great. Even preparing a tray for me have in my room when I wasn’t feeling well one morning.
The location is excellent and Parma is a lovely place to visit

Service was very good in this traditional hotel that has been refurbished in an art deco style. The location was perfect to explore the old town of Parma around the Cathedral. Also close to good restaurants and bars.

I only needed to spend the night.
I arrived late and had to leave in the morning before breakfast. Check-in was quick - it's convenient that you can pay for parking and city tax by card along with the cost of the room.
The garage is located behind the hotel building. Just around the corner.
Since I was leaving before breakfast, I had coffee and sweets in the cafe to the right of the hotel exit.
The cannolo there is not tasty, but the pastry with figs and candied fruits is great! I bought a large size to take home.
