I wish I could give the hotel a higher score than 10! Everything was exceptional and we had a wonderful stay. The photos do not do justice to how great the location, pool and rooms are.
Staff were friendly and attentive, making you feel very much at home.
We had a suite with jacuzzi which was a lovely addition.
Breakfast had so much choice and everything was fresh and looked wonderful.
We left feeling happy and relaxed.

Pool is great and both receptionists were super friendly and helpful they even spoke English, the one that welcomed us at the resort did also put on the ac in the rooms for us before we arrived so that we could find it at a low temperature 🙂 we really appreciated that she went the extra mile 👌👌

I overall liked the place a lot. The staff is very kind, even if communication can be a bit hard sometimes because of the language barrier. The place looks lovely and clean. We especially loved the pool, great place to hang around. The rooms are not big, but big enough for what you need. And the bed was very comfortable. The room service will also make your room nice and tidy everyday if you would want.

Daniella was extremely helpful and friendly. Her husband gave us a lot of information on the history of Siracusa. The rooms had large patios. Arenella was very quiet, but an easy drive to Siracusa.
The staff were very helpful - we made a last minute booking because we had to do a late cancellation at an Airbnb. We stayed in the annex to the Samoa Beach at Arenella Rooms hotel - which was very comfortable.
Food and service at the restaurant are the best I have experienced in an all-inclusive.
All resort staff are extremelly friendly and always willing to assit.
Arenella beach is fantastic, with christal clear, very calm waters, and we always found available sunbeds.
The resort area is well planned and everything is very spacious, including the room as well as all the common areas.
