Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of incredible. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was absolutely amazing, and the chef personally checked in with us to see if we enjoyed the dishes and even recommended some delicious options to try. The spa and facilities were fantastic, offering everything we needed for relaxation and enjoyment. The property itself is stunningly beautiful; we hardly felt the need to leave during our stay. This is a new hotel in town, i stayed here for 3 nights discovering the city, i love this place, the room is new clean and beautiful, the location is good, many good restaurants around but move easily around the city by uber, the staff are exceptional, especially Milton, very kind friendly, he helped me a lot during my stay. Great location in UB City. It is central to everything but also quiet due to being removed from the road. The restaurant next to the pool is pleasant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is veg only but the dosas are good. Staff accommodated my special request to store some things in the freezer. Free self serve laundry facility is great.
