Staff is very nice and polite. Very important for Israel - each day a bottle of water in the room and you can always take another one from reception. Welcome bottle of wine and snacks. There is a fridge in the room.

A neat, tidy, comfortable and welcoming hotel in a very convenient location. Great for people who want to visit Jaffa by foot, and very close to public transportation (located right above the tram route). Plenty of shops, supermarkets and food places nearby. Staff was very nice and accommodating, breakfast was lovely, with special attention for each of the guests. All needs were met and the stay was very enjoyable. Excellent job!

A great place to stay if you're looking for a basic bed and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff, great location in a funky area of Tel Aviv, clean and modern, really comfy mattress. But don't expect anything too flash. No in-room tea and coffee, no hairdryer, no iron, no fridge, you get the picture.
The guys at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. After I discovered a minor problem with the AC in my room, I was offered a free upgrade. The central bus station and a railway station are in walking distance -- very convenient if you are planning day trips (but not so much if you are in Tel Aviv for the beaches). Although the neighborhood is considered 'bad' by the locals, it looks pretty safe.
