Incredibly beautiful hotel with wonderful food and amenities. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend the falconry (amazing experience!) and dinner in the Pullman restaurant, which was one of the best meals I've ever had. There was so much to do - we missed out on seeing a movie in the hotel cinema because we just didn't have time, and there were a range of activities we'd love to come back and try. Lovely resort in a lovely part of Ireland.

I liked the interior on the house and it wasn't noisy in the night or anything . right next to the market we only really came up for that so that was a great deal ! I'd definitely recommend this the only thing that was a downside is it was freezing when we came in so maybe next time for customers turn on the heating.
Absolutely fabulous apartment for a family of 4. We came to Galway to see Santa and enjoy the markets and had the added bonus of stunning views over the bay and a super location for entertainment. Apartment was spotless and really comfortable.

Hotel was spotless and staff were lovely especially lovely Brazilian girl I think her name was Nakesha .It was her first few days in the hotel.
She served us dinner and was so pleasant and kind and so friendly.
The receptionist was outstanding so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Everything else was also 10/10. The location and view from room was right over eyre square looking down on the markets. The best experience would highly recommend!!
Been coming to this hotel for a few yrs now with my daughter to go see santa in Elf Town and also the markets which are fantastic. Easy bus service across from the hotel which brings you to Eyre Square and back again outside the hotel. Love the hotel it's spotless food is gorgeous and staff are so lovely can't wait to go again next yr.
