The staff and service here are exceptional. Every hotel could learn from kilronan on how it should be done. They all take pride in their work, always polite and very helpful. The castle itself is stunning, warm, clean cosy and comfortable.

The room was cold, not enough blankets on the bed, and no extra blankets in the wardrobe, in the morning i just had to get up as the room was cold the heat didn't come on in the morning, the bathroom is outdated, ie the shower,
