1. Early morning breakfast was available (always delicious) and gave us flexibility to leave early on our daily sojourns.
2. Liked the option to not have daily room cleaning.
3. Room security (using room card in the lift) was good.
4. We met Manuela, who works in the bar and restaurant, She's very friendly and really enhanced our visit.
5. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Staff helped us get a taxi, that was super nice!
