This hotel is luxurious and well appointed. It's very family friendly with an amazing pool which was never busy. The rooms are very large similar to a studio apartment. The staff are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the location is relatively central. The hotel bar has a great band that plays every day except Sunday when it's closed. Drinks are a bit steep for Asia but the entertainment makes it worth it. The hotel staff were also very accomodating with late checkout on my last day due to a late flight which helped tremendously with giving me time to pack and rest prior to my long flight. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others.

Room size is probably the only reason I’ll reconsider staying again. Good location just across Sarinah mall. But there are many, many hotel options along this road.
The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia making it very convenient to get dinner after a long day out. It is also very near to other good malls like Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City & Sarinah. We love the overall hotel hospitality too.
Thanks to Mr Ari for room upgrade. Room was clean and spacious (807) and it was quite. We could see Monas. We had a pleasure stay. Hotel close to gambir (10 min by taxi) and Sarinah mall.

Nice and helpful staff. A lovely lobby and a nice outdoor area. Very cute and clean rooms. Ok wifi. The hotel is on a quiet street. 15 min walk to a fancy mall named Sarinah where you easily can get a local simcard for your phone (bring passport) and western coffee and food. Also 15 min walk to a less fancy mall (Thamrin) with great shopping for local clothes, will go back there!
Finally, we have found our favorite hotel in Jakarta, we will definitely book in again soon, I hope. Thank you, Hotel Ashley our last two night, in Jakarta become memorable and pleasant. The staff, the room, the hotel ambient was beautiful even my husband was blown away by the hotel interior and exterior, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff!! Hotel location isn't far away from Tanah Abang Market and Sarinah only a short walk away.
My room was 503 at the front of the hotel. The location is good for sarinah mall. There are plenty of restaurants in the mall and some fast food restaurants outside of the mall.
Breakfast was great! I had my breakfast in bed as I was watching a great movie on your TV. The room size is comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from Sarinah shopping centre, the food street jalan Sabang (jalan Agus Salim), Trans Jakarta bus stop M.H. Thamrin (formerly known as Sarinah) and MRT terminal Bunderan HI.
Great fancy hotel in great location, great lobby bar serving good breakfast in the morning. Roof top bar for great evening or after dinner drink. The famous Sarinah Mall just across the road, practically everything at your doorstep. The staff are professional and friendly .
