The staff was very polite and reliable, trying to assure everything we asked for.
The room is excellent, very spacious and confortable and coffee, tea, water were provided for free. The toilet is very modern and the shower worked perfectly.
The hotel provides a wide range of facilities (pool, play room, tennis courts). The decoration is quite elegant and exquisite!
We had an excellent stay and if we come back to Jakarta we definately will book this hotel again.

This hotel is luxurious and well appointed. It's very family friendly with an amazing pool which was never busy. The rooms are very large similar to a studio apartment. The staff are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the location is relatively central. The hotel bar has a great band that plays every day except Sunday when it's closed. Drinks are a bit steep for Asia but the entertainment makes it worth it. The hotel staff were also very accomodating with late checkout on my last day due to a late flight which helped tremendously with giving me time to pack and rest prior to my long flight. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others.

This was our first night of our trip to Indonesia and just a pit stop before heading to Yogyakarta. The hotel is very close to the national monument and the main train station.
As we arrived before check-in time we had to wait a bit for our room but the staff gave us an upgrade because we had to wait eventhough they didnt have to. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great and the hotel overall is very cozy and stylish. We can definitely recommend staying here and would do so again.
Located walking distance to national monument, presidential palace, Isaqlal mosque and Gambir station. Though if you have luggage take a taxi to/from Gambir station.

The location is actually okay: There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and it takes around 20 min walk to get to the national monument! (BUT STILL DON‘T BOOK!!)
Had a double room for myself. Like the sofa and tv very much. A decent size fridge as well. The location is incredible..5 mins walk to both plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. MRT and bus stop. Make sure you buy the Jakarta tourist pass from MRT as it can be used everywhere and also you need it for national monument. The stay was Comfortable and had a really good sleep every day!
The apartment was in a fairly good location, pretty much in the middle of two tourist areas (area around the national monument and the area towards the old town and harbour). 24hr security was good, easy access into building. The host was very responsive to messages and gave clear instructions for collecting keys and getting into the apartment. Host provided amenities in the bathroom as well as the kitchen, which had everything needed to be able to cook properly.
Booked this as it was one of the cheapest stays, great location - located in a small village style area right in the city center, walking distance to the main shopping centers and national monument, however the road it is on is tiny and has children playing in the street so that was nice. We booked a cheap room and definitely got a cheap room, but it had drinking water and suited us for our stay.
Friendly staffs, clean room, access to a lot of places (i.e., National Monument, Grand of Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Sarinah, etc.), located right next to a lot of street foods, restaurants, cafe, and department stores.
Hotel with good position close to National Monument. Highlight is customer service easpecialty recepcion. They store our baggage for few hours and allow to use shower after chckout. Outstanding service many thanks again.
