The hotel’s location is very good. The staff is amazingly friendly. The rooms are big, beautiful and perfectly clean. The common area are lovely and the pool location feels like a jungle oasis. The welcome massage also felt like a dream. Honestly recommend this place if you are in Malang.

From the reception, room facilities and breakfast was excellent. The wifi was good. Connected to the mall and it was the biggest in Malang. The traffic was busy, maybe because city area. Overall l would say, value for money.

Centrally located, convenient to laundry. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Toilets are reliable and hot water works well. Room service food is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive. They even came to welcome us with some tarts. Room view with mountain( on request) was amazing. Breakfast spread is good enough for us.
