We booked a villa before which was terrible and moved here last minute and thank god we did. What a beautiful place!! Amazing location and food and genuinely comfortable tents with aircon in all of them. Beautifully designed

- Super view to volcano/mountains. You can make good photos and videos. BUT, if hotel (4 small houses) will be occupied, then you need to wait or in another case you couldn’t do photos without people.
- Staff is very friendly and helpful. Owner give a job for students also. I think it’s very good from one side.
- Hotel send advices in welcome message how better to get this place. If you go on motorbike 🏍️ or car 🚘 yourselves - road could be difficult. Choose right way/road. We didn’t see this message and it was hell!

Shame on local people. Shame on them. Plastic bags and caps in the lake. Lots of bamboo sticks so if you want to swimm you can be literally killed.

Read on to my WARNING. I've been to this beautiful lake on numerous touring rides with my girls, around The Island of Bali and it is almost always very enjoyable, with great scenic views and photo opportunities. However, be warned! There is a new, seemingly organized group of scammers trying to way over-charge unsuspecting tourists for access to roads or hiking trails that are absolutely free. This new scam, if not stopped, will eventually start to turn off potential visitors. I'm not intending to scare you away. Go and enjoy this wonderful place, but steer clear of locals that appear to be hustling money out of tourists that don't know any better.

Great acommodation, cozy wooden house near Lake Batur and Mount Batur, the staff very friendly and welcoming, when check in the staff explain very clear what we can do near by. The bed is comfortable, linen clean and tidy, we love so much the toilet, its very clean and amenities is great. and there is one restaurant by the Lake and just 3 minutes walking distance.
Fantastic views of Lake Batur and Mt Batur. Wonderful friendly Staff. We wanted to see certain sites and the manager Joni was happy to tailor a tour to our wishes and arranged transport back to Sanur, and the girls who work there are delightful,
Very beautiful hotel in minimalist japandi style with an amazing view of the lake Batur, mount Batur and mount Agung. The view from our room was spectacular. The design of the room and in the hotel in general is sooo beautiful, I love it. Restaurant is top 🔝 The hike to mount Batur was perfectly organized. Wellness center was also excellent
"I had an amazing stay right from my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the attentive staff. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the lake batur . The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep.
Room service was prompt and the food was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and spa, were outstanding and allowed me to relax after a busy day.

The tastefully designed building and simple but comfortable rooms. Bath and toilets were both great with natural hot water. Landscaping was lovely with flowers abounding. And best of all, the natural hot springs was heavenly if the cold of Lake Batur. Pak Komang and clan are perfect hosts
Very nice and lovely room, very clean and great location to go hiking or visit mount/lake Batur. The host Ibu Putu is extremely nice and welcoming :D ! Wonderful stay, I warmly recommend!
It's a lovely comfy glamping tent with a beautiful view at the lake Batur. Very quiet rural corner of Bali. The girl working there helped us to arrange the acsencion to Batur for a reasonable price.
