Luxurious and peaceful, quiet and clean. Superb hospitality, Ratna gave outstanding massages and service. Bath was dreamy, pool beautiful, breakfast yummy, especially the fruit and French toast. Beds so comfortable.

Wasn’t for us. Very over-priced for Bali and in some cases more expensive than home (AUS). Way too many staff and then slow service in most stores. Leave the shopping for Kuta, Seminyak or Ubud. I hope to see the centre improve.

Staff are friendly; resort is great; breakfast at Salsa Verde is super with great food and great view! Garden Cafe is also very nice. It is also very good to provide clean bottle water in the room every day. Bali collection shopping area is next to the hotel. It is convenient for shopping.
We paid a bit extra and stayed at The Ayodya Palace. Overall, the benefits were excellent and well worth the upgrade. We were well fed and hydrated during our stay. They also gave us complimentary laundry service. In terms of the room, it was large and spacious but quite outdated. The staff were lovely and definitely 10/10. The treatments at Ayodya Spa were amazing – we went twice in our 3-night stay. The location is great too – the hotel is within walkable distance to Bali Collection, the Water Blow and many restaurants and shops.

Right on the beach but the water is dirty - not the fault of the hotel - but the pool is quite adequate.
The restaurant and the staff are excellent especially breakfast.

The hotel was the best thing in our Bali trip. We enjoyed just relaxing by the pool, going for a swim or reading a book.
The food was also very good. Nasi Goreng is my new favourite dish. The breakfast spread is amazing.
The staff are always cheerful and very helpful.
We went for a couple's massage, and the spa experience as also very relaxing.
The Nusa Dua area around the hotel is serene. There's a "Bali Collection" shopping area a short walk away with some awesome restaurants.
The hotel is located in a secured area, 10 minutes walk from Bali Collection shopping/restaurants area. It is very convenient that the hotel has his own private beach area, with sunbeds and you don`t need to go outside to stay at the beach. They provide you every day 4 bottles of water in your room, and also dental kit, comb, conditioner, shampoo, shower gel and body cream. The main pool was clean, the kids ones looked kind of "green".
The hotel’s beach area was nice. Not big, but very cozy. Not many people on the beach.

the facilities and service at the hotel was exceptional. food was amazing. absolutely loved stay here. worth staying next time also. love the kids pool, free shuttles to bali collection and just the overall family friendliness.
First of all, the hotel has been renovated and the rooms looks great. Also the location is close from Nusa dua beach almost 5 min walking and close from bali collection area which has some stores resturants and coffee shope etc.
The houskeeping is great and always I come back and my room was clean.
