If you want to visit beautiful Dubrovnik, book an appartment just outside the old town. Get up very early and start your tour in Dubrovnik between 7 and 8 am. The Stradun is almost empty at that time. Between 9 and 10 the first boats and busses arrive and the main streets get overcrowded. A good time to start your walk on the walls. In the afternoon, when it's hot, visit Rector's palace, churches... Have a nice dinner and return to your quiet appartment (while the old town is noisy most of the night...)

Go early - Europe starts from 9am so if you want to see the Stradum without the crowds, around 8am will give you a much better view for photos that are not all photo-bombed by everyone else in love with this historic city.

Get in early to miss crowds, lots of cruises come in so check how many ships are in the day/days you are going in to town. Great place to people watch and have coffee or drinks and just relaxing and enjoy.

Nice vibe on the street.
Nice vibe on the street. Plenty of action but can get quite crowded. Busy in late September which should be off season so could be uncomfortable in mid-summer. Lots of walking tour groups clog up the streets.
The apartment was in an ideal location for seeing old town Dubrovnik, in a courtyard just off the Stradun. It was so convenient to see the Christmas markets and new years celebrations. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice for preparing breakfast.
The place was the perfect place away from home. It was lovely and accessible to Stradun, the main street of the old town. It's location is very convenient. It had all the amenities we needed. And Michael is so quick in responding and thoughtful too! We asked him where we can buy the cookies he left for us at the apartment and instead of telling us where, he sent Neva to bring us 4 big bags! If I ever go back to Dubrovnik, I would definitely stay here again. Michael is a great host.
The location is perfect, and the apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Paula was very supportive throughout the stay. In only a min or two, you arrive at the Stradun, the main street. Buza Gate is 2 mins away, Pile Gate is 4 mins away by foot.
Sound isolation is perfect. Place is at the heart of Dubrovnik and very crowded/noise area but you closed the windows there is no noise, house has very good sound isolation.
Apartment is at the near of Stradun street, everything is close to apartment. Beach is close, almost 10 minutes walking.
Apartment owner Toni is amazing and helpful person. We thank him for his kindness.
Our vacation in Dubrovnik one of the most beautiful vacation we had. Thanks to Toni and his place.
The apartment looks just like the pictures. Even though it is inside the walls of the Old Town, it is very light. The bed was the most comfortable one we encountered in Croatia. The bathroom is great, and has a large shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water. And the apartment is very well located, a short downhill walk to the Stradun, the main street in the Old Town. And there is a table and two chairs for use by guests just outside the door to the building. This was a great place to stay.
Location was perfect for our quick trip to Dubrovnik. Location is right in Old Town just a few steps to the Stradun. Note there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment.
Host was quick to answer and apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Pictures of apartment entrance were very helpful as it is a maze of streets and alleyways in Old Town. Small and cozy, perfect for a couple.
Ana was waiting for us to arrive. Ana provided us with lots of information and went out of her way to help us secure a rental car. The apartment was steps from the main street (Stradun) yet some how still quiet!
This was one of my favourite Dubrovnik stays (stayed over 20 times) and my new place to return. I loved it! Fantastic apartment, unbeatable location (you are on stradun and don’t hear any noise!!!! Amazing), exceptional hospitality (they provide new towels and clean your suite everyday) and Tomas from reception was so accommodating and kind. Best place in Dubrovnik when it comes to suites/apartments and I’ve seen a lot of them! Thank you and see you soon!
Location was perfect! Right in the middle of Old Town. This apartment had all the amenities you can expect and more. Very spacious and well equipped. Although it’s right in front of Stradun, it was not noisy. Ismael was very attentive too.
