The location of this property is very convenient, it is very close to the Dubrovnik old town. We can reach the Ploce Gate of the Dubrovnik old town in 5 min walk. The property provides a garage, which is very valuable since parking near the Dubrovnik old town is very expensive. The space of the garage is big enough for the 9-seat van we rented. The distance between the garage and the house is around 150 meters and there are some stairs. However, the stairs are not steep and therefore it is OK for us.
The location was very close to Ploče Gate. Only 10 minute walk to get into the walled city of Dubrovnik. Cable car station was less than 10 minute walk from apartment. Please note that there are stairs up from walled city to apartment. There is a nice view from the bedroom window. The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The price for what you get is excellent. Alen is a very helpful host - he helped get us parking for our car!

Location of the house can't be better, right outside the old town, 2-minute walk to Ploce Gate and Buza Gate. The noise level is surprisingly not bad at all considering it's on a major road. The apartment is spaciously, functional and sparkly clean, the view from the patio is amazing! This is the perfect choice for our family trip of 6 with seniors. Last but not least, the host was kind and accommodating, very easy to communicate to.
Fantastic location inside the old town walls. 400 meter walk to the Ploce gate though, so keep that in mind if you have a car. Great host -check in and check out was super easy. Very clean and comfortable facilites with a full and stocked kitchen and separate bedroom with a door.
Happy to recommend this accommodation. It’s in a very good location with splendid views from the terrace and only approx 7 minutes walk to the Ploce gate of the old city. Our apartment was compact but very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Stepan, the host, greeted us at the private airport transfer point nearby, carried my case up the few steps, and welcomed us to the property with a cold drink on the terrace. He was very friendly, and happy to share his local knowledge. His restaurant recommendations were very good.
The apartment itself was OK. The kitchen is tiny. I don't think it is possible to prepare a full meal there. We only used a kettle to have coffee in the morning. The view is incredible, especially from the terrace. It was about 15 minutes walk down to old town (iether 200 steps plus walk on the main street to Ploce gate or just walk down the street to enter from another gate). 9n the way up it was about 20-25 minutes.
The location was good as there was not a lot of stairs to climb as compared to some apartments I saw. It's closer to the Ploce gate where the airport drop off bus is located. It's close to the Marina.
The host, Joseph Leoni, met us upon arrival and showed us to our two rooms. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and about a 5 walk to the Ploce gate of Old Town Dubrovnik. The views of the Adriatic from the balcony were beautiful - unfortunately it was so hot during our visit, that we didn't spend any time outside enjoying the balcony. Joseph took the time to send us a special message recommending activities and restaurants in the area. He encouraged us to contact him with any questions and seemed very accommodating.
